Whether you liked the song, or didn’t like it so much, we can’t deny that there’s some truth to that 80’s tune, “Don’t Worry, Be Happy,” and the Apostle Paul hit on that truth 2,000 years ago when he was writing to the Church at Philippi. While there are a lot of themes that could be picked up out of this short, 4-chapter book, one of the overriding themes is that of having JOY the more you focus on Christ and the less you focus on the world. Whether things are going really well for you, or things haven’t been worse, there’s something here for you. So, join us as we work through learning to “be happy” and “don’t worry” as we understand more and more who Jesus is, what Jesus did for us, and we learn to live in light of that Truth.
